How do I set up an email account?

Dependant upon which Outlook you use, please use either of the following set up instruction guides. Please remember to tick the box “my server requires authentication“.

What is my incoming and outgoing mail server?

I´m away from the office, how can I access my emails?

To access your emails remotely while you are out of the office you will need to log into World Client at http://mail.spanishwebhost.com using your email address and password. You will then be able to access and reply to all emails that have been sent to your account.

How do I transfer my domain name to another Registry and what restrictions are there?

To transfer a domain away from any Registry you will first of all require an Authorization key (EPP) which is a security code required by the registry for a domain transfer to take place, thus each key is unique to every domain name, therefore if you are transferring more than one domain, you will need to obtain each domain’s specific code. You will also require the domain name to be unlocked.

Domains cannot be transferred away from any Registry is there is less than 30 days to expiry.

What is the difference between domain and hosting renewal?

Your domain renewal is the re-registering of your domain name, i.e. sortedsites.com and can be renewed for one or more years.
The Web Site Hosting renewal is the service which keeps your web site published on the internet. It includes storage space for your web site and your email accounts, this is for 1 year.
