Comment Card
This software is designed for Hoteliers & Holiday Resort Management Companies who would like to get feedback from their guests after their stay.
Guests are automatically sent a Questionnaire ("Comment Card") which can be completed online, asking them to rate the quality of various aspects of the resort and their holiday.
The program is ideal for RCI Resorts as the questionnaire parallels the Official RCI Comment Card, yet returns the results directly to your resort by email, and provides you with a number of tools to analyse your performance
