Market Research
Finding your audience is an important first step. We will help you identify and seek out your target market, by isolated demographic and geographic locations where you can pitch your products and services.
Advertising & Announcement
The second step is to advertise and announce your web site to your audience of potential customers. This is done by combining a number of strategies including Search Engine advertising (via SEO & Pay Per Click), paid adverts on other web sites or directories, Email Advertising, Offline Advertising (e.g. Signs, Stationary, Business Cards, Press Advertising etc.)
Analysis & Review
Whilst preliminary analysis of your web site is always performed, you cannot draw any firm conclusions until you give your web site a trial run. By analysing the performance of your web site based on a small but representative sample of visitors (e.g. 1000 visitors) we can analyse the performance of your site using tools such as Urchin Web Stats & Analytics to identify potential problems within your web site. We amend your site as necessary and continuously review its performance as the program unfolds.
Develop In-House Programs
Once your web site is performing well on its primary objectives, we develop in-house programs to help augment your advertising and make the most of your customers. This includes the building of opt-in mailing lists, suggesting products & services to customers based on previous orders, developing referral systems and affiliate programs. Once these programs are in place, we will continue to monitor and review your site looking out for potential problems and making any necessary improvements.
