Domain Registration Agreement

Obligations of Sorted Sites & Description of Service

This contract shall begin on the start date shown above and end on the expiry date shown above. Upon which time it will be automatically renewed for a subsequent 12 months unless either party has terminated this agreement.
To maintain the Registry of the said domain for the said period with an ICANN Accredited Registrar.
To maintain the Domain Contacts records & Name Server Information for the said domain and to enable the client to request changes to the domain contacts and name server records.

The client agrees to pay the advertised fee for this service in advance. The client also agrees to pay any other charges detailed below as they arise.
Unless cancellation of a domain name is made in writing 30 days prior to its expiry date the client will be liable to pay the advertised renewal fee for an additional year.
If at any time there are any fees due to Sorted Sites outstanding for longer than 5 working days in respect of any service, not limited to, but including the domain registration service then Sorted Sites reserve the right to lock the domain name so that it cannot be used by the client or transferred to another registrar.
All advertised rates exclude IGIC (where applicable) and are subject to change without notice and will be posted on the Sorted Sites Web Site.

The client is entitled to transfer their domain name to a different registrar except within the first 60 days of a new registration, the first 30 days of a renewal or the first 60 days of a transfer to the Sorted Sites Registry. Nor may the client transfer their domain to a different registrar during the last 30 days of the domains registration period.
Once a domain is transferred away from the Sorted Sites Registry to that of a different Registrar, this contract shall be terminated and Sorted Sites shall have no further obligations to the client in respect of their domain name registration.
A domain cannot be transferred out whilst the client owes money to Sorted Sites in respect of this or any other service.
A domain cannot be transferred out if the registration period has expired, it must first be renewed, before it can be transfered out.

Definition: A Transfer IN is defined as the client request for Sorted Sites to assume responsibility for maintaining the said domain name from another domain registrar.
The client may transfer their domain to Sorted Sites and upon payment of the advertised fee shall be entitled to a 12-month extension to their existing registration period and to the stipulations for the duration of the registration period.
The client may not Transfer IN a domain if the current registration period with the present registrar has more than 24 months until expiry.

The client may terminate this agreement at any time given 30 days written notice to Sorted Sites. Except during the first 60 days of a new registration. The first 60 days of a transfer in. The first 60 days of a renewal of an existing registration or the last 30 days of a registration period. At which point the domain name will be deactivated and no refunds shall be made for time remaining on this contract.
Sorted Sites may terminate this agreement if the client fails to comply with any of the clauses detailed in the agreement. Such failure will constitute a material breach of contract, at which point Sorted Sites may terminate this agreement immediately. In such an event no refunds shall be made for time remaining on this contract.
The client may transfer their domain OUT of the Sorted Sites registry, at which point this agreement shall be terminated with immediate effect and no refunds shall be made for time remaining on this contract.

The client must provide and maintain accurate and true information about the registrant and domain contacts, failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the domain name and this agreement.
Any claims or disputes arising the ownership of this domain name, or to “abusive registrations” as defined by ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.) shall be subject to the ICANN domain dispute resolution service.
The cost of such claims under all circumstances shall be born exclusively by the client.
Sorted Sites register all domain names via Enom Inc. an ICANN Accredited Registrar, we do so subject to Enom’s terms and conditions, which are in addition to their own.
By signing this agreement, both parties indicate their acceptance of the clauses set out in this contract.
Sorted Sites may refuse to service any individual or organisation at their sole discretion.
At any time Sorted Sites may add, amend or remove items to this list of terms and conditions, at each stage the client will be notified of any such changes.
